Exceptions to the Policy
1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receipt. We will resolve the issue via replacement or store credit.

2. Incorrect Items

If you receive an item different from your order, contact us within 3 days. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent.

3. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please contact customer support immediately to process this.
